Maritime Legal Solutions, PLLC and co-counsel have won a major victory for their client by defeating two motions for summary judgment filed by the defendants in a federal sex trafficking and forced labor lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida (DMFL).
Judge Claire R. Kelly. of the U.S. Court of International Trade (sitting by designation in the MDFL) issued the 43 page order denying the defendant’s motions for summary judgment, and allowing the case to move forward to trial.
